Once you have decided which facilities you would like to book, contact the booking office direct to check availability (Office open Mon-Fri 9-5) (01995 61336) and make a provisional booking. You can also make a provisional booking on-line.

Provisional bookings will then be held open for 2 weeks following which, preference will be given to other parties willing to pay.
To secure your booking, pay your deposit on-line now.

Provisional bookings are converted to confirmed bookings on receipt of:

  • A completed booking form
  • A completed & Signed Health & Safety Statement
  • A booking deposit (We can take Card payments by phone, post or on-line)
